Well have a great day in The Lord and give Him a praise because good things are taking place! Much love praying for the people today because sometimes people are going through the motions but they don’t have the understanding of the Kingdom assignment or the burden it carries!Īpostle Barbara R. I have been singing that song for three days: “I surrender all to you everything I give to you withholding nothing! I’m withholding nothing!” This morning I’m just weeping and laboring before The Lord because all I want is The Lord. I love it because of how I see the miracles signs and wonders of God’s power displayed revealed and manifested, as it shows who He is to the world. I love what I do in the Kingdom, because of the joy I get when I see souls saved and delivered from the hand of the enemy. You see people, working in the Kingdom of God is not about how great you will become, or what title and position you hold, but it’s about doing the will of God no matter what comes against you and remaining a servant to the people.
Being pleasing and obedient to God came first. My loyalty to God and what He had assigned me to, the work to do, was more important than anything. Whether he was there or not, if he went away for six months, he knew that the work of The Lord would continue to be done, because what I did was not for him, but for The Lord. I was just if not more excited about how God was moving in the work. When I worked with my leader, I did it because I saw the vision God gave him. Beware of those who are always with you, but constantly complaining about how tired they are, and wanting to know what are they getting out of this. They are faithful in showing up, but are they walking in excellence. You have to see beyond their outward show and look at how they handle the work of The Lord. You see leaders, just because they are faithful, doesn’t mean they have a heart or love for you or the work of God. They constantly questioning your words or actions, because they are yet dealing with hurts and pains that have not been resolved. They have too many days of uncertainty about working with you in ministry. They are constantly with you, but complain about how demanding the assignment is, or how much of a sacrifice is required of them. They show up physically, but they can’t complete the tasks that you have given them. So often as leaders, we will keep a person in a position because of their gift and dependable attitude, but we need to truly see their heart concerning the connection and the vision. Their heart is not toward the work of the Kingdom of God, but they are looking for the benefits of it, and what they can get out of it, instead of what can they do to help enhance it. Sometimes they are there because of what the position can do for them, but they don’t have the passion and zeal to help carry out the assignment that has been given to the leader. You may be faithful, but you’re not focused! You are physically there, but your mind and spirit are all over the place.Īs a leader, it’s more of a burden for me to have a person in a position who may be faithful, but is not focused on the vision and assignment.
